Related-party data covers all 36,599 annual reports in the archive. Explicit "no related-party items" statements are labeled as such, and unparseable amounts are shown as null with the original text preserved, never a guessed number.
Shareholder registers: one row per holder, guaranteed

Shareholder-register data (top-10 holders from annual reports) is guaranteed one row per holder per filing. Trust-account detection recognizes numbered and variant trust accounts, employee-ownership trusts, and retirement-benefit trusts.
Extraordinary reports: corporate events cleanly separated from fund filings

Extraordinary-report event classification separates investment-fund periodic filings from corporate events, so corporate-event queries return corporate events. 98.4% of extraordinary reports carry a classification.
Coverage depth published and verified

The coverage page now shows how far back each document type's filings go, per type. Coverage is reconciled against EDINET's own daily document lists; a full reconciliation of every business day since February 2021 found zero missing documents. Because EDINET stops serving each document after a statutory window, the archive here retains filings EDINET no longer serves.
Related-party transactions in run_sql

Related-party dealings - insider loans, guarantees, and parent-subsidiary transactions disclosed in annual reports - are now queryable via run_sql across the market, with a per-filing status so an unprocessed filing is never mistaken for a clean one.
Governance, tender-offer, and narrative data in run_sql

J-SOX internal control reports, the full tender-offer record, and the narrative sections of annual reports (business risks, governance, dividend policy, audit) are now queryable via run_sql. A company-identifier view also maps reliably between ticker formats.
